    Where is Dolhendre?

    Dolhendre Caravan Park is near Bala in the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales, in a beautiful, peaceful and idyllic riverside setting.

    Liverpool approx 70 miles under 1½ hours
    Manchester approx 80 miles under 2 hours
    Stoke on Trent approx 80 miles under 2 hours
    Birmingham approx 100 miles just over 2 hours

    Directions

    Drive out of Bala on the A494 Dolgellau road, with the lake on your left. About 4 miles from Bala look out for 40 mile speed restriction sign marked ‘Llanuwchllyn’ turn right immediately into lane sign posted “Trawsfynnydd”. Go past the caravan site on your left and continue for about a mile. At a fork in the road by a phone box and a bridge, take the right fork sign posted “to Trawsfynnydd” and Dolhendre Caravan Park is a little bit further on the left.
